Shipping Information

We offer ground and air shipping throughout the contiguous United States.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS

  • Heavier items ship via LTL freight

  • Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days

Please note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time

Returns & Refunds

Unused merchandise in new, unopened condition may be returned within 14 days of the original order date.

Return Requirements:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required

  • Call 877-417-6299 to request an RA number

  • RA requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Clearly write the RA# on all return packages

​

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds apply to product cost only

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Exceptions:

Shipping costs will be refunded if:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product arrived damaged

​

Additional Notes:

  • COD returns are not accepted

  • Returns must include original packaging and accessories

  • Please insure all return shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

  • All returns are inspected before refunds are issued
