14/4 Shielded FPLP Fire Alarm Cable (14 AWG, 4 Conductor, Plenum Rated) is a high-performance low-voltage cable designed for fire alarm, signaling, and life safety systems in plenum spaces where low smoke emissions and protection against electrical interference are critical. Built with solid bare copper conductors and overall shielding, this cable ensures reliable and stable performance in sensitive environments.

This cable features 14 AWG, 4 solid conductors with low smoke PVC insulation, cabled together and protected by a red low smoke PVC outer jacket. The shielded design includes aluminum tape with an integrated drain wire to reduce interference and maintain signal integrity. The jacket also includes a rip cord for easy stripping and sequential footage markings for accurate measurement during installation.

Rated for 300 volts and 75°C, this cable is UL and ETL listed and complies with NEC Article 760 (FPLP), NEC 800 (CMP), and NEC 725 (CL2P), making it suitable for plenum-rated fire alarm and communication installations. Its low smoke construction is ideal for air handling spaces and environmental air plenums.
